SecureG is developing a solution that will serve as the root of trust for the security of 5G providers and enterprises. The first phase of work is to develop a 5G certificate authority based on Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) principles and issue certificates that will verify the authenticity of devices and parties on carrier and customer networks. The second phase is to deploy software to stand up and operate critical network slices to meet security and performance standards.
