Richard is a partner emeritus at Blu Venture Investors. He is a highly accomplished, entrepreneurial leader with extensive experience in private and early stage angel investment as the co-founder and CEO of TAOS Capital and co-founder and CEO of Crimson Holdings. Richard is also the co-founder and CEO of Sequoia Holdings, a provider of engineering and analytic solutions to the national security sector. Prior, he was the founder and CEO of TRS Consulting, which was acquired by NCI Information Systems in July 2009. He also has previous experience in education as a part-time faculty member at the George Washington University and entrepreneur-in-residence at Georgetown University. Richard holds BS and CIS degrees from Appalachian State University and an MS from The George Washington University.
