Rod Little is a seasoned professional with a rich background in digital transformation and cybersecurity. Currently, he serves as a Director at KPMG, where he leads initiatives to design and set up Transformation Management Offices, effectively managing the portfolio of digital projects. His role involves engaging with multiple teams to plan, design, and implement complex programs, ensuring the adoption of new Transformation PMO and Enterprise PMO capabilities.

Before joining KPMG, Rod was a Senior Cybersecurity Architect at GuidePoint Security, where he was responsible for implementing IAM solutions and developing IAM roadmaps for clients. His expertise includes developing proposals, statements of work, and deliverable templates, as well as mentoring junior engineers. As the President and CEO of IAM Security Solutions, he led a private information security firm, providing customer-centric consulting services that address both cyber and physical security challenges for various organizations.

Rod extensive experience also includes significant roles at ManTech International and Booz Allen Hamilton, where he developed and implemented information security architecture and technology solutions for government agencies and federal clients. Additionally, Rod has a distinguished 24-year military career in the US Army, where he served in various leadership roles, including Battalion Operations Officer, and was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal for his service during Operation Iraqi Freedom. His diverse background underscores his ability to lead and innovate in the fields of cybersecurity and digital transformation.
