N5 Sensors, a University of Maryland spin-off, is leveraging innovations in nano-engineered materials and devices to create novel sensing and detection solutions. N5's multi-analyte sensors on a single chip can be embedded into smartphones, wearables, battery-powered devices, and connected systems, allowing industrial workers, first responders, and soldiers to assess the dangers of their surroundings rapidly and accurately in real-time.
